Conditions of Use

Heart Felt Wishes undertake to provide high quality service ,  providing your chosen cards either individual or package deals . We will do our outmost to achieve an 100 % record in providing this service , but would like to apologise in advance if at any occasion are not able to send the exact chosen card. Therefore Heart Felt Wishes reserve the right to swap a similar card to your chosen card , but  try to keep the essence of your choice.

Handmade and handcrafted card by their nature may vary in presentation and colouring to the images on the website. Please allow us this artistic license.

Published Prices on individual card sales are inclusive of VAT , but postage applies as an additional charge.

Published Prices on Package card sales are inclusive of VAT , UK postage , and writing of a message by hand. If  the Published prices are found to be incorrect ,  we will contact you for instructions.

We invite our customers to observe etiquette , as we reserve the right to omit improper messages . These packages only operate on annual basis , and all orders must be paid for before activation of the scheme . The start date of the package deals will commence 3 working days after submission of your forms by fax or email.  The start date for the  postal submission commences 3 working days after reciept of the forms.

Any complaints will be handled , researched and responded to quickly , and resolved fairly.

Privacy and Data Protection

Heart Felt wishes needs to hold some personal information to allow us to provide our service.

By law we can  use these personal information only to enable us to provide our service. we will safeguard these information as they are owned by the customers. Heart Felt Wishes will not sell, update, delete, modify, exchange or share these information to or with any other third party.

According to Data Protection Act of 1988 , Heart Felt Wishes has responsibilities and obligations towards her customers in relation to their personal details. By registering as a customer with Heart Felt Wishes , you agree that we can use yours and your recipient's information ,  to provide our service , to you and your recipients. Our service is provision of new individual cards to you, or in the case of package deals , to sent a card inclusive of a hand written message of your choice or otherwise , to your chosen recipient , by post, on or before your chosen special date or  specified occasion .

Shipment and Delivery

All the cards that are individually purchased will be dispatched directly to the buyer , within 24 hours after the reciept of payment.

All the cards purchased under the package deals will be sent approximately seven days prior  to the date of the recipient's special date  to the recipient's address.  The date of the occasion is supplied to us by the buyer , therefore the company ( Heart Felt Wishes ) can not be held liable or responsible for any delays or late arrivals. The cost of postage in United Kingdom is inclusive of Package deal's pricing.

On the event of excessive late arrival ( 7 Days or more ) of a card to a recipient , as a gesture of good will to our customer , the company ( Heart Felt Wishes ) will  deliver a card on an additional occasion , either to the original recipient or a new recipient of the buyer's choice. Such Claims will be honoured only once per buyer.   We aim to deliver an honest service to our customers and their chosen recipients.

Claims for late delivery as a result of a Third parties actions ( postal services , courier ) , strikes or Acts of god  will not be honoured.

All cards will be sent by Royal Mail within United Kingdom. If the buyer requires the items to be sent by recorded or registered delivery , then the said request must be made on compleletion of the purchase form and noted in the comment box.  In these case additional charges will incur .

All claims in regards to damaged cards will be honoured if notification to us is  made within 2 days of the reciept of your item. A replacement card will be sent when the damaged card is returned to us.

All cards purchased either individually or in a package deal , for delivery outside of the United Kindom will incur additional postage charges, which needs to be paid prior to shipment.   Note that dispatch of package deal orders will occur approximately 14 days prior to the recipients event for international orders.  This is to ensure that the recipient receives their card in good time.
