Is there a minimum quantity?

Yes and No.  You can order as much or as little as you wish, however there are more offers available as your order more.  For clarification please email us at admin@heartfeltwishes.co.uk

Can I order wedding invitations ?

Yes of course, please choose your favourite design from our pop up and/or quilling products and we can produce them for you for your big day.

Please remember all our cards are handmade and therefore to prepare and produce the perfect cards for your big day will take some time, please take this into consideration and contact us as soon as possible to discuss your order at admin@heartfeltwishes.co.uk

Can we order pop up business cards, how long does it take to deliver?

Yes you can, we will be pleased to liaise with you to produce bespoke business cards for your company, using your logo or chosen image. For further information please email us at admin@heartfeltwishes.co.uk

How will our bespoke design be protected ?

You can rest assure that we operate with the upmost confidentiality, and your details and designs will be totally protected by us.

Will there be any hidden charges?

A.

Absolutely not. Our products are clearly detailed with all costings and for our more bespoke services we will discuss your needs and will quote accordingly so you have the full price upfront.

In our quote, you will have details of the production timescales, charges and breakdown of payment terms clearly explained. However if you have any further questions, please send us an email for clarification at admin@heartfeltwishes.co.uk

How quickly will I receive my bespoke product?

A.

The process will be very simple and relatively quick. The quicker we have all the information from you the quicker we can produce your bespoke design.

Once we have discussed your request, a photo of the proposed bespoke design will be sent to you for approval, to check the design, colouring, wordings and further comments.

Your comments and any amendments will be implemented and a sample will then be produced and sent to you by post for your final approval. Once we have received written confirmation of the design from you, the final production will commence and will be delivered to you promptly.

Please note that further changes cannot be made once the written confirmation is received and production commenced without incurring additional charges. So please do make sure you let us know anything you are not quite sure about at the outset. However, please be assured that you will have ample time and opportunities to make any amendments you wish. Do not worry you are in good hands.

When do I pay for the bespoke service?

A.

Once we confirm that we can work within your required timescales and to the design required, a deposit will be asked for. Then balance will be payable after approval of the sample and before final production.

What if I need more cards and want to repeat my bespoke service order?

A.

If there are no changes to your initial design and order, following rounds of production will be cheaper as there will not be any costs for design and amendments. We will keep your product design and artwork for four years to allow for repeat orders.
